Is there a data transfer bridge with the software we currently use?

Yes, there is a bridge with all pharmacy software, the transfer is easily done.

This is a significant investment, do you have financing solutions?

Our solutions offer an excellent return on your investment. You will save time and money from the first months of use. We can also assist you with finding a financing solution specific to your needs.

We are already overloaded and do not currently have the time or energy to implement your solutions, do you offer a turnkey service?

Yes, all our solutions are integrated in a “turnkey” manner. From start to finish, we manage the implementation with your team while you go about your usual business.

We are currently short of staff, should we wait to install the system?

On the contrary, our system is an excellent solution to compensate for labor shortages and to automate the laboratory processes. Your lab will be much more efficient with fewer employees.

Should we wait to complete our renovations before installing the devices?

There is no need to postpone the installation, we will move the devices free of charge, to accommodate a new workflow design or following a renovation.

We do not think we have enough space for these devices in our laboratory?

Rest assured, our solutions are made up of very compact equipment and our layout specialist studies each layout in order to optimize the work space.

Does the installation require renovations to our laboratory?

No, most pharmacies already have the space to accommodate our system. However, sometimes our customers take advantage of this opportunity to reorganize their laboratory. We require only two network sockets (internet) and two electrical sockets are required for the operation of our devices.
