For us, the Mini-Vision as well as the I-Vision made it possible to implement CCVD both in the chain and at the pill dispenser level with a greater feeling of security on the part of all members of the team. With a good usage protocol, errors containing contents become rather rare when the pharmacist or delegated PTA carries out the verification. With the shortage of qualified personnel, these are technologies that are somehow part of the team, we even gave them nicknames :-)

We acquired the I-Vision and V-Assyst systems in July 2021. During the implementation of the systems, we had impeccable service from the team. Technical support is easily accessible and available at all times. V-Assyst facilitates the work of the PTAs and contributes to the reduction of errors.
